Safety Features of Ford’s All-Electric Mustang Mach-E
The Ford Mustang Mach-E took the automotive industry, Ford loyalists, and Mustang fans all by surprise. Unlike the usual gasoline-powered muscle cars that the Mustang moniker is attached to, this is an all-electric vehicle packed with modern technology. At Arceneaux Ford of New Iberia, LA, we are happy to see all of the safety features packed into the Ford Mustang Mach-E.
Ford’s Personal Safety System offers dual-stage airbags up front. There are also airbags at knee level for the driver and front passenger, as well as side bags up front. Last of all, side-curtain airbags add a level of protection for all occupants.
A 360-degree camera gives the driver a heads up on their surroundings. Ford also equips the Mustang Mach-E with a high-tech Blind-Spot Information System. Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, and Lane-Keeping Assist are all a part of Ford’s Co-Pilot360 Technology. This package of features is standard on all Ford Mustang Mach-E models.
