I called arceneaux Ford today July 26th 2017 to tell them that the sun roof busted, doesn't operate is stuck in the open position on my 2012 F150 Platinum but that I had an extended warranty good for another year Bumper to Bumper the best warranty you could buy. I was told by the service advisor that they would have to investigate why the sunroof was not working and who was at fault. Worst dealership ever 2014 ford ecoboost bought it brand new truck is 2 weeks old an blow a head gasket. Been fighting with them for over a week an half now about his issue. I personal think ever last one of them should be fired an Mr. Thomas should hire all new poelpe over there. They are a joke know one has a clue what's going on over there.

will never go there again. my car is 2013, with 5 issues, they didn't fix anything. just west of time. the service manager is despicable and vile.. If you own FORD in New Iberia, you lost.

Sales was fantastic. Very helpful with great followup. The service department should be avoided. In my first six months of exposure, they have had problems performing service due to employee problems and incorrect parts being ordered. If you buy from Arceneaux, be ready to get your service done somewhere else.
